Fundraising opportunities are available to all students in the fall and spring through our partnership with Midland Fundraising. Fundraising is primarily through online platforms where students share store links with friends and family who order from featured online catalogs.
Additionally, students aged 10 and older enrolled in two or more classes per week may apply to become a teacher's assistant with our pre-school classes. Hourly earnings are applied as credits against the next month's tuition, costume fees, and recital fees. .
To withdraw from classes, you must submit our official withdrawal form at least 30 days in advance. This requirement is becoming standard practice in youth recreation, and agreeing to this policy is required for registration in our classes. If you cannot agree to this policy, the studio is simply not a good match for your needs and expectations.
Tuition for the month that falls within those 30 days will still be charged because your dancer remains enrolled during that time. You may attend all classes in any month you have paid for.
Example:
Please note: intentionally blocking or locking your card to avoid the final payment does not count as withdrawing and does not remove the financial obligation of the 30-day notice. Unpaid balances carry over and must be paid before re-enrolling at a later date.
Acceptable Notice
Only the signed official withdrawal form is considered valid notice. Emails, texts, calls, or verbal statements are not accepted as written notice.
