Margo has her finger on the pulse of what is going on in the dance industry at all times and gains a wide-range of knowledge in best practices from around the globe. Enrollment is open throughout the entire season, as long as there is space in class!

See the Dress Code section. Absolutely everything is available in all sizes through our online store. 

Group make-up classes are offered generously if classes are missed due to illness or weather cancellations and if notice has been given to the office for school, religious, or family events. Make-up classes will be limited to three per session. No refunds will be given for missed classes. Private students can make up a missed class in a group class.

The registration fee covers administrative expenses for having each student participate at the studio. Examples of these fees include, but are not limited to: setting up each student in the system, account monitoring, music cutting fee, music licensing, SPOT-TV access, and scheduling. The registration fee is paid by all students once per year and is nonrefundable.

Yes -- all dancers enrolled in group classes participate in the spring recital. That is the highlight of our school and every performing arts school that we know of.  The only students who don't participate in the spring recital are children under 3 years old enrolled in 6-week classes. 

Unfortunately you can't sew your child's costume to avoid the costume fee. First, we do not have the pattern for our costumes. Dance costumes are very intricate and are all hand sewn to order by the manufacturers. Second, in order to ensure that all of the costumes are done on time and look the same, we use the same company to make all of them. Third, costumes must be ordered up to six months in advance of performance to allow for production and in some cases, international delivery. We send in our costume order in December for our May recital.  

Yes, our studios are equipped with floor to ceiling mirrors, sprung floating floors, and speaker systems making them the ideal place to hold a private event like a birthday party, quinceañera, a rehearsal for theatre or a dance performance. Our facilities have been completely updated and remodeled in 2023. You can read more about facility rental here and also check with the front desk for availability and total pricing.

We do not allow parents to sit inside the studio classroom to watch their child's dance class. We have found that there is better rapport between the teachers and students if the parents are not in the classroom. Parents can wait in our lobby and watch a live stream of the class through our closed circuit television system, SPOT-TV. Parents can also subscribe to our live stream app to watch the class from their mobile device anywhere!
