TUITION & FEES 2024-25

Enrollment Period:

Our school year runs from September to May. Unless otherwise stated, enrollment is a financial commitment running the course of the academic year with the last payment due on May 1, 2025. We do not offer drop-in or pay-as-you-go options. 

Due at Registration:

Regardless whether enrolling in September or April, the first months’ tuition plus annual registration fee are due at registration.

Monthly Autopay Installments: Autopay with a valid means of payment is mandatory upon registration unless paying a single lump for entire year. Tuition is collected on the first of each month via autopay using a credit/debit card or ACH bank draft.

Cash Payments: Sorry, we do not accept cash payments.

Annual Lump Sum Payment Discount: We offer an the option to pay the entire year’s tuition upfront at a 7.5% discount. This discount ends January 18, 2025. 

Multi-Class Discount: Tiered discounts are available for students taking multiple classes per week. See schedule below.

Non-refundable Registration Fee of $45.00 per student per year is charged at registration. 

Non-refundable costume fee (will vary by class), is charged on January 1st. Parents are advised in December of costume fees due. To set expectations, Ballet I students costume fees will average $100, and this year will include tights. Students taking multiple classes will have a separate costume fee for each class. 

Non-refundable Recital Fee of $100 per student recital fee charged on April 1st. The recital fee covers costs associated with renting the venue and organizing the recital.

Credit Card Processing Fees (as of June 1, 2024) are as follows: 3.05% + $0.30 per transaction with Dance Studio Pro, our payment processing partner.

ACH Draft Processing Fees: 1% + $0.20 per transaction with Dance Studio Pro, our payment processing partner.

Late/Declined Payment Fee of $20.00 is automatically charged after the second failed attempt at autopay.

• Free or paid trial classes are not available for private instruction. A single class will be scheduled to try out the program. The fee for the single class is $35 and must be paid in advance before scheduling the lesson. 
• Make-up classes for private students are offered, if workable, for instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather closure. Otherwise, a credit will be issued to your account.
• Make-up classes for planned absences, eg vacation, medical appointments, can be arranged with at least 48 hours advance notice. 
• No refunds or make-ups for "no call/no show" private students, or for late cancellations, or for those who notify us after the scheduled session.

Fundraising opportunities are available to all students enrolling in the fall and spring through our partnership with Midland Fundraising. It's easy and all online! Children never collect funds directly and are rewarded with credits toward tuition and fees.

Additionally, students aged 10 and older may apply to become a teacher's assistant with our pre-school classes. Hourly earnings are applied as credits against the next month's tuition, costume fees, and recital fees.
